Christian Education

Sunday School

Each Sunday we offer Christian education for all ages from 10-11am between our two morning worship services. We invite you to join one of our classes for faith nurturing activities and discussion. Dedicated teachers are here to help students learn, explore, and share the Word of God through bible-based instruction focusing on an in-depth study of all books of the bible.

Akaloo

"Akaloo" is an English version of the Greek word that means "to follow". It is used in the story where Jesus gathered two of his disciples by simply telling them to "Follow me". Akaloo is the name of the curriculum being used in our Youth Sunday School. It is a new way to approach a familiar goal – to follow Christ in the life we live today. The goal always has been, and always will be, to help our young people grow in faith, to help them learn what it means to follow Jesus.

Preschool

Preschool Sunday

Ages 3, 4, and 5 (pre-K)

Location: Lower level
Teacher: Ginger Trautman

When Jesus taught, he used everyday objects like coins, fish, and plants to help people remember God's truth. Your pre-schooler can learn the same way. Just like Jesus, we will be using everyday items — gizmos — (and puppets!) to help kids learn the Bible...and they never forget it. All are welcome to join in the fun and learning!

Our High School students focus on preparing themselves to live the Christian faith as they get ready for their future. Whether continuing in college, or entering the working place, our faith should make us different in how we live and how we can be a witness of God in this world through His love.
